Warehouse Inventory Associate April 10, 2025

Located in Milpitas, CA

Pay: $23.59

PAY RATE: $23.59

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload trucks; organize and rotate inventory orders; monitor warehouse temperatures; assist in inventory reconciliation.
Receive, and process product orders; support inventory accuracy including but not limited to reviewing inbound documentation, product receipt and reconciliation.
Assemble and stage product orders for presale and onboard sales routes. Receive inbound truck loads, unload and store product and assist to ship outbound truck loads.
Organize and rotate product in warehouse cooler or freezer to prevent spoilage.
Report and follow up product Quality complaints and ensure the product is blocked in SAP and physically hold in the warehouse.
Assist in weekly bad conditions reconciliation and upload documentation to the shared folder.
Process and document product returns and disposal of outdated product.
Report to warehouse management cooler and freezer repair requirements, material handling equipment maintenance requirements and pallet disposal and or acquisition.
Report inbound overages, shortages or damages to leadership.
Ensure proper food handling procedures.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of Warehouse Inventory experience
Experience with materials handling equipment including pallet jack and forklift.
Experience working with food products.

Equipment Used:

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in temperature conditions between 35-95 degrees F.
While performing duties of this job, it is required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands & arms.
Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl & talk.
