Job Title: Production Supervisor
The Production Supervisor oversees and directs the production team and plant operations to ensure efficient and safe production processes. This role is responsible for managing production from raw ingredient intake to the final packaging of products, continuously improving workflows, monitoring processes, and ensuring quality control. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Production Supervisor ensures that all products meet stringent safety, quality, and hygiene standards, producing top-quality juices, purees, concentrates, aromas, and essential oils.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years as a Production Supervisor in food production, ideally in the juice, beverage, or dairy industry.
- 8+ years in a food production environment, with expertise in fruit and vegetable processing systems and safety compliance.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- HACCP Certification preferred, with forklift certification beneficial.

Skills:
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred.
