Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Commercial Account Manager for a local insurance agency. The role is located in downtown Fresno, CA. This role is focused on business retention, ensuring excellent client service while managing a diverse book of business (90% commercial, 10% personal insurance). The ideal candidate is a seasoned, licensed insurance professional who is a problem solver, team-oriented, and committed to long-term success.
Pay:$25-$30 an hour
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Retention: Manage and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing policy renewals.
- Policy Management: Oversee a book of business that includes Construction/Contractors Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers' Compensation, and Agricultural insurance, with some personal insurance policies.
- Customer Service & Problem Solving: Address client inquiries, assist with policy changes, and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes without working in silos.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Active Insurance License (required)
- Experience in Commercial Insurance (Construction/Contractors, Auto, Workers' Comp, Ag)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, but not required)
