High end skincare manufacturer and distributor in Burbank is looking for Warehouse workers to join their team.
Summary: We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse environments and a strong understanding of safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Execute picking and packing of orders with attention to detail to meet customer specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including cranes and heavy machinery, as needed.
- Maintain organization within the warehouse by following established inventory control procedures.
- Adhere to OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Assist in the management of warehouse operations, including stock rotation and storage optimization.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain productivity.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely, including cranes (certification preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately pick and pack orders.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods.
