Specialized Recruiting Group - Irvine is seeking an Executive Assistant for a prominent food products distributor in the Irvine, CA area. Our client boasts a wonderful company culture and is experiencing rapid growth. This is a full-time, direct hire career opportunity with a starting salary range of $100,000 to $150,000/year. Responsibilities:
- Manage executive-level administrative tasks for the CEO
- Organize schedules and manage all communications
- Make travel arrangements
- Provide coordination special events and meetings
- Create and modify PowerPoint presentations
Qualifications:
- Previous executive level administrative support experience
- Upbeat, outgoing and friendly personality
- Strong English skills (e.g. articulate with strong writing skills)
- Excellent computer skills: Word, PowerPoint and Advanced Excel
- Must be capable of supporting at the senior executive level (e.g. poised, anticipate needs, attention to detail, discreet and be able to work without close supervision)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
