Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals, Irvine is seeking a Warehouse Lead Trainee for a home improvement services company based in south Orange County, CA. This is a permanent, evaluation hire career opportunity with advancement potential. Hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 5:30pm. Base compensation starts at $22.00 to $25.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Light assembly of mechanical parts
- Manage inventory
- Shipping with FedEx and UPS software
- Forklift operation (training available)
- Learn to coach and train a small team
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse or production environment
- Supervisory experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Basic computer skills
- Mechanical assembly skills
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively
