Specialized Recruiting Group - Irvine is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a specialty medical services company in the Irvine, CA area. Our client is dedicated to improving patient outcomes and is experiencing steady growth. This is a full-time, evaluation hire career opportunity with hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Compensation ranges from $24.00 to $30.00/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Provide administrative support to the sales and field management team
- Generate and manage quotes
- Handle order entry and ensure timely follow-up with customers
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Experience with medical billing is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level
- A professional, upbeat, and friendly personality
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
