Monday Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
An Apartment complex in Santa Fe Springs is looking for a skilled and dedicated Apartment Handyman to maintain our large apartment complex with over 200 units. This role requires hands-on experience in basic electrical, plumbing, and drywall work, as well as a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Apartment Complex Handyman Responsibilities:
- Perform minor electrical repairs and basic plumbing tasks, including addressing leaks and installing equipment.
- Manage various projects independently to ensure efficient operations
- Handle carpentry tasks, particularly drywall installation and repair.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
Apartment Complex Handyman Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical work, as well as drywall installation and finishing.
- Strong plumbing skills with expertise in repairs, installations.
- Strong carpentry skills with a focus on quality and precision.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Reliable, with a history of longevity in previous roles.
