We are seeking a reliable and responsible Class C Delivery Driver to join the team at a package/freight delivery company in Santa Fe Springs. The Class C Driver will primarily drive a 24'' Box Truck and assist with deliveries within a local 15-mile radius. Although driving duties will not be immediate, candidates must possess previous experience and a clean driving record.
Class C Driver Responsibilities:
- Drive a 24'' Box Truck (Class C) for local deliveries within a 15-mile radius.
- Assist with loading deliveries using a dolly and/or manual pallet jack.
- Perform deliveries in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols.
- Lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 45 lbs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle.
Class C Driver Requirements:
- Valid Class C driver's license.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Prior experience driving a Box Truck preferred.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a 4-day week schedule with 10-hour shifts
