Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting Front Office Coordinator for a growing company located in Irvine.
Service Line: Evaluation to Hire, Fulltime
Pay: $18/Hr. to $22/Hr.
Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM
Responsibility:
· Extend a warm and professional welcome to clients and guests upon their arrival.
· Oversee front desk operations, encompassing check-in, check-out, and reservation management.
· Efficiently handle inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email with a focus on responsiveness.
· Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing guest needs and concerns.
· Ensure the front desk area is consistently tidy and organized, fostering a welcoming environment.
· Support administrative tasks and collaborate with team members as required.
· Exhibit adaptability and strong interpersonal skills, thriving in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements:
· At least 6 months of previous experience in Receptionist or administrative positions
· Proficiency in basic-level Word, Outlook, and Excel applications
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
· Bilingual spanish speaker is a plus!
