Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting SMT Operators for a fast-growing Electrical manufacturing company located in San Clemente.
Service Line: Evaluation to Hire, Fulltime
Schedule: M-F 1st 5:00AM-1:30PM
Responsibility:
· Will be trained to Set up machines: screen printer, Pick & Place, and reflow oven.
· Perform loading and unloading to and from the machine independently.
· Set up the feeder to machine per set up.
· Perform the simple machine changeover.
· Make sure all process tools, stencils, or fixtures are in-house before starting the set-up process.
· Touch-up soldering and repair work of defects generated by the machine.
· Ensure the assembled product meets compliance standards.
· Overtime required
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Willing and eager to learn new procedures
· SMT operator experience
· Prior manufacturing experience is a plus
· Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
