We have an immediate need for a service technician!
Job Title: Entry-Level Service Technician
Job Description:
- Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and resolve issues with small engines and performing basic repairs and maintenance.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, including parts used and tasks completed.
- Installation/Field Service: Assist with the start-up and installation of new equipment or upgrades.
- Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety and operational standards.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of mechanical equipment, i.e. lawn mower, small engines.
- Basic electrical knowledge is a plus!
- Ability to learn quickly is a must!
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
