Job Full Description
Express Employment of Long Beach is seeking a Customer Service Representative to complete a special project, working with seniors in our community. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
POSITION: Customer Service Representative
LOCATION: Long Beach
RATE: $22/hr.
HOURS: 8-24 hours/week (1-3 days/week) for 4-8 weeks
Responsibilities:
- Install (peel & stick) medical sensors in homes of clients
- Drive to individual client homes (miles reimbursed at $0.67/mile)
- Handle customer inquiries and answer questions
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
?Qualifications:
- Must have own reliable transportation
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients, particularly seniors/elderly
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
