About Us: A dynamic family owned property management company dedicated to providing exceptional service to their tenants is looking for a part time bilingual office assistant. They manage a diverse portfolio of properties and are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join their team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Maintain and update property management databases and records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute communications such as memos, emails, and reports.
- Assist with tenant inquiries and requests.
- Support the property management team with various projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- BILINUAL is a MUST ENGLISH/SPANISH.
Must be a local Highland Park, CA or near by.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
