Job Full Description
Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Apartment Complex
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a well-established apartment complex. This position involves performing a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Basic repairs and turnovers, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work.
- Ensuring the grounds are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Assisting with janitorial tasks, including cleaning vacant apartments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or similar roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Compensation:
- $18–$20 per hour, with potential for more based on experience.
