Production Worker (2nd Shift)
3:00pm - 11:30pm pm / Monday- Friday
$18.50 per hour
Occasional OT on weekends / 3pm - 3am
A company in Pico Rivera is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented 1st Shift Production Worker to join the team. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and the timely completion of production tasks. Candidates must be computer-savvy, and prior experience with corrugate or machine operation is preferred. You are applying with Express Employment Professionals.
Production Worker Responsibilities:
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Read and understand job cards for machines.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Production Worker Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Previous experience in corrugate or machine operating is preferred but not required.
- At least 2 years experience with Esko.
- Ability to understand software maintenance while continuously improving processes.
- Must be proficient with computers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work overtime on weekends as needed.
