Accounts Receivable Clerk (Part - Time)
$23.00 per hour
Monday-Friday / 8:00 am-1:45 pm
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and have a knack for numbers? A reputable printing company is looking for a part time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join the team and support their accounting operations. You'll play a key role in managing our invoicing process, tracking incoming payments, and ensuring our financial records are accurate and up to date. Accounts Receivable Clerk Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send invoices to customers promptly.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Shipping, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
- Reconcile accounts receivable with the general ledger.
- Generate and analyze A/R reports and customer statements.
- Assist with onboarding new customers.
- Provide support for general accounting tasks as needed.
Accounts Receivable Clerk Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a plus.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with accounting software, especially Sage 50, is a big plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
