In this dynamic role, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers. You'll wear two hats, handling customer service inquiries and assisting with human resources tasks.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person (if applicable).
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Identify and anticipate customer needs, providing solutions and exceeding expectations.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Process customer orders and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding new employees.
- Process payroll and benefits paperwork.
- Maintain employee records and databases.
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate employee benefits programs.
- Assist with recruitment efforts (optional, depending on company size).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (HR experience a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
