WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely meal preparation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with food plating and presentation.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive kitchen environment.
  • Follow instructions from the Head Chef and Kitchen Manager.
  • Assist with inventory control and restocking.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in large catering and banquet operations is required.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent knife skills and culinary techniques.
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Professional culinary training or equivalent experience is preferred.
