Job Summary:
We are in need of a moderately experienced cook that has ticket order line experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while adhering to food safety standards. Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor food supplies and ingredients
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen setting
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant field is a plus

-Sauté, grill and broiler experience
