Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our office with a variety of clerical and accounting tasks. This position is ideal for someone with experience in basic office administration and accounts payable, looking for a consistent part-time schedule with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice entry and vendor communication
- Maintain organized and accurate filing systems (physical and/or digital)
- Conduct data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
- Handle incoming mail and email correspondence related to accounting matters
- Assist with other administrative projects and office tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or accounting assistant role
- Basic understanding of Accounts Payable procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 5 hours per day (Flexible within 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
