Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our office with a variety of clerical and accounting tasks. This position is ideal for someone with experience in basic office administration and accounts payable, looking for a consistent part-time schedule with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice entry and vendor communication
  • Maintain organized and accurate filing systems (physical and/or digital)
  • Conduct data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
  • Handle incoming mail and email correspondence related to accounting matters
  • Assist with other administrative projects and office tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or accounting assistant role
  • Basic understanding of Accounts Payable procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 5 hours per day (Flexible within 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
