A leading local Aerospace company is looking for experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisors to join their growing team!
🔧 Requirements:

3–4 years of direct experience in a Manufacturing environment

Strong leadership skills: able to train, supervise, and direct team members

Excellent command of English (written and verbal)

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in reading blueprints

Computer literate

Comfortable communicating across all levels of the organization

Bilingual is a plus!
