Job Description
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join the team at Sycamore Senior Apartments. This role includes daily property upkeep and responding to resident service requests. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and knowledgeable in general maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Conduct apartment repairs and inspections
• Paint, clean, and prepare apartments for new residents
• Ensure common areas are clean and safe
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests

Requirements

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
