Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Technicians and Boilermakers with mechanical tasks on-site.

- Participate in the maintenance, repair, and installation of machinery.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior technicians to develop new skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required, but a strong interest in learning the trade.
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to developing technical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as needed.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
