Temporary Bilingual Clerical/Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Fillmore Property

 

Our client is seeking a temporary bilingual Clerical/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our Fillmore property as a stand-in Community Manager during a leave of absence (length of assignment TBD).

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team and external vendors to ensure timely completion of repairs and property upkeep.

• Manage tenant communications, including notices, lease-related paperwork, and community updates.

• Handle general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation to support property operations.

• Assist in processing tenant applications, renewals, and other related documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, work orders, and other property-related activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive living environment for residents.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required to effectively communicate with a diverse tenant base.

• Prior experience in property management, customer service, or administrative support preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $23-$25 per hour (based on experience).

• Duration: Temporary position covering a leave of absence (length TBD).

• Location: Fillmore, CA – onsite position.
