A well-established flower grower and distributor in Oxnard, CA is seeking a Director of Human Resources to oversee HR operations at its local facility. This full-time leadership role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with strong organizational skills and experience in agriculture or a related industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and benefits administration

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws

• Develop and implement HR policies and company procedures

• Support leadership with workforce planning and cultural alignment

• Oversee employee performance management, training, and development

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Human Resources management

• Agricultural or production-based industry background strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
