1st shift in Santa Clarita, CA
- Hot Heading Operations:
- Set up and operate hot heading machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Perform adjustments and troubleshoot issues as they arise during production.
- Heat Treat Processes:
- Operate heat treating equipment to heat-treat metal parts to specified temperatures and durations.
- Monitor and control heating and cooling processes to achieve desired material properties.
- Conduct inspections to ensure parts meet required specifications after heat treatment.
- Machine Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance on hot heading machines, heat treating equipment, and other machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Schedule - Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
