Pay: $16.90 - $19 (DOE)
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Assembly Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing bench-like processes, electrical assemblies, tooling, wiring, harnessing, soldering, crimping wires, blueprint reading, assembly, and wire stripping. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- **MUST HAVE** 1 year of working with wires/cables/ harnesses
- Utilize hand tools, electronic, and pneumatic tooling to assemble electrical or electronic systems, support structures, and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings using soldering or fasteners.
- Perform bench-like processes to assemble electrical components and systems according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble and wire components.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure all assemblies meet established standards and specifications.
- Ensure quality standards are met and maintain production efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
- Follow company procedures and directives.
- Test finished products for defects.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for working with small components and tools.
