Pay: $19-22hr
We are seeking skilled Solar Farm Technicians! The ideal candidates will have experience working on solar farms and a strong understanding of using hand and power tools. The role involves a variety of tasks, including fixing items, loading and unloading equipment, general cleanup of debris, and some landscaping duties.
Responsibilities:
- Work on solar farm installations and maintenance
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
- Perform repair and maintenance tasks as needed
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Conduct general cleanup of debris to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Perform landscaping tasks such as trimming, mowing, and weeding as required
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on solar farms or similar environments
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving heavy objects
- Basic knowledge of repair and maintenance techniques
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Flexibility to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Wear PPE for duration of the shift including; hard hat, goggles and gloves
- Must have streel toe work boots
- This job requires a background check and valid driver’s license
