Job Full Description
Job Summary: A Paint Store in Riverside is looking to add a Delivery Driver to their team!
Responsibilities include:
- Use company vehicle to deliver parts and equipment to customers in a safe and courteous manner.
- Pick up new, core, and warranty returns at customer place of business.
- Clean and maintain store and inventory storage area in safe and orderly condition.
- Attend store meetings as scheduled by store manager.
- Participate in available training opportunities as discussed with store manager.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on company vehicle.
- Check in daily freight and note shipping discrepancies.
- Stock shelves with incoming freight.
- Maintain store retail display area - pricing, fronting shelves, building displays.
- Observe company work and safety rules.
- Assist in annual physical inventory.
- Other duties as assigned
Location: Riverside
Position Type: Temporary until May 31st 2025
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma/ GED
- 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred
- Knowledge of surrounding area
- General Knowledge of Paint, Body & Equipment functions and purposes.
- Excellent defensive driving skills
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
