Job Description: Bilingual Delivery Driver and Furniture Assembler (Spanish/English)
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver who is also fluent in Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only be responsible for safely delivering furniture but also for assembling it upon arrival at customer locations. Exceptional customer service and professionalism are essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities:
- Safely load, transport, and unload furniture to various locations
- Assemble furniture accurately and efficiently on-site
- Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish, providing a positive and professional experience
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Follow company guidelines on proper handling and transportation of furniture
- Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including organizing and preparing items for delivery
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
- Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
- Prior experience in furniture assembly or delivery is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of tools and ability to follow assembly instructions
