Express Employment Professionals is hiring immediately for an Office Coordinator for a full-time, permanent position within a reputable company in Placer County.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with the ability to provide support to both customers and upper management. In addition, the Office Coordinator should be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and other duties pertinent to the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers and other visitors on site
- Communicate with customers and their representatives, both via phone & email correspondence
- Answering a high volume of calls using a multi-lined phone system and directing calls to appropriate team members
- Assist with billing and some payables/receivables
- Monitoring management schedules and scheduling/coordinating appointments
- Prepare customer contracts and maintain customer databases
- Organize documents and records of all inventory for traceability
- Perform a wide variety of clerical work including sorting, filing, and checking documents and records, maintaining alphabetical, index, and cross-reference files
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of proven work experience in a fast-paced administrative role
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication and business writing skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), QuickBooks is a plus
- Working knowledge of basic office equipment (computers, tablets, copy machines, etc.)
- Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle
- Bilingual desired but not required
