Express Employment Professionals is hiring immediately for an Office Coordinator for a full-time, permanent position within a reputable company in Placer County. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with the ability to provide support to both customers and upper management. In addition, the Office Coordinator should be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and other duties pertinent to the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers and other visitors on site
  • Communicate with customers and their representatives, both via phone & email correspondence
  • Answering a high volume of calls using a multi-lined phone system and directing calls to appropriate team members
  • Assist with billing and some payables/receivables
  • Monitoring management schedules and scheduling/coordinating appointments
  • Prepare customer contracts and maintain customer databases
  • Organize documents and records of all inventory for traceability
  • Perform a wide variety of clerical work including sorting, filing, and checking documents and records, maintaining alphabetical, index, and cross-reference files

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 years of proven work experience in a fast-paced administrative role
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and business writing skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), QuickBooks is a plus
  • Working knowledge of basic office equipment (computers, tablets, copy machines, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle
  • Bilingual desired but not required
