Leasing Consultant
Sacramento based community is seeking an attentive Leasing Consultant to join their team! Evaluation hire. Long-term opportunities!
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM (1-hour lunch)
Non-exempt
Wage: $18.00-$23.00/hour DOE

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
- Act as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market
- Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
- Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers
- Confirm rental application data and personal references
- Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
- Provide information on all aspects of properties
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically
Skills, Education and Experience:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Word experience is required
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Any Property Management software
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and a background check
- Attention to details
- Strong math ability required
- Professional and personable
