Job Title: HVAC Technician Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hour
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration units
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions
- Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate installations, repairs, and maintenance schedules
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used, repairs completed, and hours worked
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role
- Valid HVAC technician certification or license
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components
- Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
