Project Coordinator Position at Emergency Restoration & Cleaning Inc. - Rancho Cordova, CA
Join our team at Emergency Restoration & Cleaning Inc. in Rancho Cordova, CA, as a Project Coordinator. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to support our Project Managers and ensure customer satisfaction. This in-office position offers competitive hourly compensation, health insurance eligibility, 401K match.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate job schedules, adjustments, and customer communications
- Work with collections for payments, including communication with mortgage companies and insurance carriers
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely project completion
- Maintain and distribute Job Management Reports
- Handle office duties, including preparing and sending forms and daily communication with Project Managers
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to vendors, agents, and customers
- Communicate with insurance companies, agents, and customers throughout the claims process
- Answer phones, direct calls, and assist clients
- Uphold a positive company image and implement the company's vision and mission
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or similar role
- Knowledge of PSA is a plus
- Familiarity with industry software (Xactimate, Xactanalysis, Alacrity) is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong quantitative, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively with various personalities
- Two-year degree or equivalent work experience
