Project Coordinator Position at Emergency Restoration & Cleaning Inc. - Rancho Cordova, CA

Join our team at Emergency Restoration & Cleaning Inc. in Rancho Cordova, CA, as a Project Coordinator. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to support our Project Managers and ensure customer satisfaction. This in-office position offers competitive hourly compensation, health insurance eligibility, 401K match.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate job schedules, adjustments, and customer communications
  • Work with collections for payments, including communication with mortgage companies and insurance carriers
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely project completion
  • Maintain and distribute Job Management Reports
  • Handle office duties, including preparing and sending forms and daily communication with Project Managers
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to vendors, agents, and customers
  • Communicate with insurance companies, agents, and customers throughout the claims process
  • Answer phones, direct calls, and assist clients
  • Uphold a positive company image and implement the company's vision and mission

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or similar role
  • Knowledge of PSA is a plus
  • Familiarity with industry software (Xactimate, Xactanalysis, Alacrity) is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively with various personalities
  • Two-year degree or equivalent work experience
