Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
Compensation: $18-20/hr DOE

Full Time, Monday - Friday; 8AM-4PM

Position Overview:
We are a well-established construction contractor seeking an organized and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the face of the office, managing essential administrative tasks, and providing excellent service to clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Organize, file, and manage invoices and essential documents
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is welcoming and organized
  • Assist with other clerical duties as needed to support the team

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative/front desk role, ideally within construction or a similar industry
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed
