Property Maintenance Technician
Location: Sacramento, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $22 per hour
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Sacramento. This full-time role offers the chance to contribute to the property and residents in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine property inspections and respond to maintenance requests (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall)
- Prepare vacant units, including painting and fixture replacement
- Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and unit turnovers
- Troubleshoot and repair property systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- Assist with vendor coordination and emergency maintenance duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of property maintenance experience
- Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, drywall)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use maintenance tools safely
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
