Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operators to join our team in Natomas for Morning and Swing shifts. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse experience who are ready to take on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, inspecting products for accuracy and quality.
• Load and unload materials using pallets, skids, platforms, forklifts, and other lifting devices.
• Operate PIT equipment, primarily propane sit-down forklifts; reach forklift experience is a plus.
• Read and interpret work orders to ensure accurate processing of tasks.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Handle multiple projects in a labor-intensive environment while maintaining focus and productivity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience operating powered forklifts in a warehouse setting.
• Skills: Proven ability to follow directions and manage time effectively.
• Physical Requirements: Capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Other: Must pass a background check and drug test.
