Job Full Description
A local company out of Sacramento is searching for a Maintenance Helper who will have core responsibilities that include assembling commercial light fixtures. Position is permanent, long-term!
Maintenance Helper highlights:
- Will be responsible for walking the property, responding to work orders
- Handling apartment turnovers, will require painting, basic electrical
- Wil involve standing on feet throughout shift
What we look for in a Maintenance Helper:
- Must be able to follow directions
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to pass Background check & Drug test
Pay: $17 - $21/hour, DOE
Schedule: 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday, w/OT as needed
