Receptionist
A well-established company in Sacramento is seeking a Receptionist to manage front desk operations, answer phones, and provide administrative support. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Location: Sacramento
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct inbound calls, assist with inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform data entry, update client databases, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Search government databases and input information into internal systems.
- Handle filing, maintain records, and organize documentation.
- Communicate with officials and assist with financial institution operations during peak seasons.
- Provide administrative support to the team and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to type 45 WPM.
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills.
