Express is Seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 192 Unit Property in South Sacramento
Schedule: Monday-Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay: $20-$22 per hour
Maintenance Technician highlights:
Wlll be responsible for the upkeep of a 192 Unit property
- Garbage disposal repair, light fixture replacements
- Unit painting, complete unit turn arounds
- Touch ups, responding to service calls
- Must have an upbeat attitude!
What we look for in a Maintenance Technician:
- Standing, walking, bending, and stretching are required
- Hand tools, ability to move up to 50 pounds
- Must have knowledge with paint sprayer, power washer, drill, hand tools
