Front Office Manager
A Sacramento-based construction office is seeking a Front Office Manager to be the friendly and professional voice of the team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong phone presence who enjoys connecting with clients and handling front-office operations. This role is full-time, and temporary until early January.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer Calls and Transfer: Serve as the first point of contact, professionally answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Greet Walk-Ins: Welcome occasional visitors with a helpful and friendly demeanor.
- Schedule Appointments: Learn and manage appointment scheduling in our system—training provided for an easy transition.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional Phone Presence: Comfortable and professional on the phone, able to engage with a variety of callers.
- Clear Communication: Strong verbal skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in transferring calls and scheduling.
- Construction Knowledge (Bonus): Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus, but not required.
