Our Client is hiring an Admin Assistant with Accounts Payable experience.
Full time, Mon – Fri
Role: Accounts Payable
The Accounts Payable Manager will be an intricate part of the Accounting and Administrative Team and will work closely with all departments at the Corporate level.
Job Responsibilities:
A/P invoice 3-way matching
Enter A/P invoices and Cash transactions
Manage Check runs
Manage Company Credit Cards/Posting and Reconciliation
Reconcile Vendor Statements
Maintain Vendor files
Manage A/P Ageing
1099 Annual Processing
Complete W9’s and Misc. Vendor required forms
Manage Subcontracts
Required Skills and Experience:
2 yrs A/P experience at a Corporate level with multiple entities
Experience with Micro Soft 365 with intermediate Excel skills
Desired Skills and Experience:
QuickBooks On-line
ERP/MRP applications
Inventory Management
Bilingual
BS Accounting
