Job Full Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Maintain machine efficiency by troubleshooting and performing minor maintenance.
- Ensure quality control and meet production deadlines
Requirements:
- Experience operating CNC milling machines.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming (a plus).
Monday- Thursday, 4:15pm- 2:45am
$22/hr
***Must be available to train in the 1st shift***
