Prior to her role with Express, Lidia spent four years managing teams at Taco Bell, where she honed her leadership and customer service skills. She also contributed to the success of Hunter Industries, a global leading manufacturer, where she worked for thirty years as a Production Supervisor. In this capacity, she played a critical role in overseeing production processes, team development, and quality control.
After joining Express, Lidia exhibited exceptional dedication, work ethic, and leadership skills, which propelled her swiftly through various positions. She progressed from Front Office Coordinator to Employment Specialist, Senior Employment Specialist, and ultimately Office Manager in 2022, demonstrating her impressive career growth within the company.
One of Lidia's core strengths is her resilience in the face of challenges. She thrives in fast-paced environments and approaches every obstacle with determination and a strategic mindset. Her leadership has been instrumental in the success of her office, and she takes great pride in managing a team that earned both Circle and Bronze status.
