Commercial Salesperson Role

Duties:
- Participate in safety programs.
- Attend training and company meetings.
- Sell and promote tires, tubes, foam fill, and related services.
- Maintain logs, reports, and assist customers.
- Solicit new prospects and manage current accounts.
- Travel within territory to visit customers or deliver tires.
- Resolve tire adjustments and issues promptly.
- Provide consultancy to improve service quality.
- Assist in marketing and lead generation.
- Perform manual tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in sales and customer service in related industries.
- High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
