Job Title: Part-Time Retail Business Operations Assistant

Location: Los Gatos, CA

Position Type: Part-time, Contract

Salary Range: $25 - $30 per hour

• Manage inventory records and ensure accuracy
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts
• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Perform reconciliations for accounts and transactions
• Generate reports and maintain financial records
• Support day-to-day operations of a retail business specializing in gifts and household goods

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, etc.)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in retail or business operations is a plus
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Schedule:

• Estimated 10-20 hours per week, set schedule to be discussed during hiring.
