Position Overview: We are seeking a Service Coordinator Admin to join our team. This role is the face of our company, responsible for managing customer interactions, scheduling, and dispatching field teams for electrical projects, primarily in residential settings. We are open to an experienced candidate, or entry level candidate that possesses transferable skills and curiosity!

 

Pay: $25.00-$30.00/hr 

Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm, in office

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop estimates for projects using templates from past jobs.
  • Organize and manage past job estimates to create accurate current estimates.
  • Schedule and coordinate field team availability with homeowners.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, capturing customer information and providing excellent service.
  • Conduct consistent customer outreach and correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Punctual and extremely organized.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to workflow changes and task assignments.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile and seek ways to improve systems and processes.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new software used by the company.
  • Good telephone voice and proficient in managing calls.
  • Advanced skills in Excel (understanding and using existing formulas), CRM systems, and cloud file systems.
  • Trainable and eager to learning new processes and technologies.
