Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Service Coordinator/Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating construction services, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within the construction department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule construction services and projects.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, permits, and schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and reports.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Support the construction team with any additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is preferred.
