Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Service Coordinator/Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating construction services, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within the construction department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule construction services and projects.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, permits, and schedules.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and reports.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Support the construction team with any additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is preferred.
