**Responsibilities:**
- Repair and replace damaged body parts, including panels, doors, and bumpers
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform repairs
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding and masking
- Apply primers and paint finishes
- Conduct quality checks to ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repairs
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in auto body repair or equivalent experience
