Job Title: Administrative Support
Schedule: Temporary (4 weeks beginning 2/3) - Flexible Schedule - 5 hours per day, Mon-Fri
Description/Requirements:
The Administrative Support candidate is responsible for reception, clerical and customer service duties to support the needs of a large condominium/apartment community in Tiburon. This position requires previous experience excellent verbal, written, organizational, and computer skills. Our candidate must be able to work collaboratively with other onsite staff members and be responsive to residents needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving/documenting resident requests for repairs and general maintenance.
- Deploying and tracking property maintenance and repair crew.
- Keep accurate notes/documentation of resident requests and property upkeep.
- Preparing reports/documents for HOA meetings.
- Basic administrative work such as copying, filing, correspondence, mail and phone.
- Maintaining filing systems.
- Organizing and publicizing property communication
- Assisting with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer skills including MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and follow through.
- Able to work independently, prioritize, meet deadlines.
- Able to track, communicate and maintain HOA property rules.
- Able to work as a team member.
